WARRANTY
The Warranty period shall be twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. This product was manufactured by using minute parts and it has gone through strict quality checks from an International, ISO certified manufacturing facility. If for some reason malfunction occurs during ordinary use, and within the warranty period, the unit shall be repaired free of charge. Warranty shall not be honored if the unit has been taken apart or modified and if malfunction occurs due to natural disaster such as fire, pollution, flood and earthquake. Unit must be placed in a dry place at all times and must not be dropped or dismantled and changed. Please see User Manual with your order and follow instructions to keep longevity life of the KLENZ unit.RETURN POLICY
Returns can be made within seven (7) days of receipt delivery. Please contact KLENZ USA for a return authorization number (RA #) . The unit must not be used and the unit must be returned with the original User Manual and box. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs will not be paid by KLENZ USA when returning the unit(s). Shipping charges will be paid by KLENZ USA only if a shipping error has occured or if the item arrived damaged or defective or if within the warranty period a malfunction occurs. Damage items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt delivery. All refunds shall be made no later than thirty (30) days of receipt of return.PRIVACY & SECURITY
